RAÍZ FUTURA
In Spanish, “raíz” means root. It’s the return to the ancient ways — the original wisdom that has always lived beneath the noise of modern life, in the earth, in the body, in the memory of our ancestors.
In Spanish, “futura” means future. Not the one you’ve been handed, but the one that becomes possible when people like us stop waiting and start gathering.
This retreat lives in the sacred convergence between those two things: humanity’s deep remembering and our bold becoming.
“Together, we’ll answer the greatest question our soul has been asking: What does the seed of New Earth feel like, and how do we anchor it? You’re here because some part of you already knew.”
A note from Emilio
For the first time ever, I am assembling 25 souls in my home country, Colombia, to restore and activate the heart of the world.
Alongside the indigenous Kogui tribe, the sacred land, and gifted facilitators, I invite you to join me inside a portal of remembrance, embodiment and legacy.
For me this is truly special. It feels like I'm opening the doors to my home — Colombia, the land that holds 10% of the world's biodiversity, yet also carries centuries of violence in its soil.
It is a key nodal point in humanity's future — a threshold where the old world's wounds meet the birth of new consciousness.
This is for the ones who feel the ancient longing to allow Pachamama to show us the next steps as a collective.

Emilio Ortiz
The curator and host of the Just Tap In Podcast, a space rooted in remembering humanity's place in the awakening happening now. Known for asking evolved, multidimensional questions and holding space with no ego and clear listening, Emilio has spent years bridging consciousness and bringing together the next generation of leaders.
He is your anchor, your visionary, your steward.
Hannah Singer
A somatic coach, yoga therapist, and artist, she is the founder of Growth of Mind. Having walked her own journey of healing — from chronic pain as a competitive dancer to finding transformation through meditation and yoga — Hannah now guides others in accessing their most empowered, authentic selves from the inside out.
She brings both fierce knowledge of the body and the deep reverence for cycles and nervous system wisdom.
Daniel Silva
A prominent figure in Latin America known as the shaman of the ice, he is the first person to bring ice medicine as a therapy for physical and spiritual healing to Latin America. He learned directly from Wim Hof, living alongside him and accompanying him as he expanded into new horizons. On his path, many masters of martial arts, yoga gurus, Shaolin monks, indigenous grandmothers and shamans arrived to guide him on the way of conscious breathing, shamanism, and nature.
His mastery of breath, cold, and ancestral wisdom becomes the fire that forges us.
The Kogui Elders
The Kogui consider themselves guardians of the earth, their culture centered on "Aluna" — the thinking and acting life force that sustains the material world. Led by spiritual leaders called Mamos, trained from birth and raised in darkness for their first 18 years to listen to the land, their motto is: "To listen is to think."
They come to teach the remembrance. To show us how to listen as they have listened for centuries — so that we, too, can hear the Earth's voice.
A Curated Gathering
RAÍZ FUTURA is limited to 25 guests.
This is a gathering for artists, entrepreneurs, creators, builders, facilitators, and seekers who feel that something in the way we live is asking to change.
For people who desire more connection, beauty, meaning, and relationship with the Earth, but who may also feel the fear of staying on autopilot, building a life that looks full but feels disconnected.
The size of the group is intentional. It allows the week to feel personal, spacious, and deeply connected, without becoming overwhelming or performative.
Each application will be reviewed with care so the group can feel aligned, respectful, and genuinely present.
Gitana del Mar
For seven days, this becomes our home.
RAÍZ FUTURA will take place at Gitana del Mar in Palomino, Colombia, between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Caribbean Sea.
To the Kogui people, the Sierra Nevada is known as the Heart of the World. It is not just a landscape, but a living spiritual center — a place where the health of the Earth is listened to, protected, and remembered.
The location was chosen because it allows the retreat to unfold in direct relationship with nature. Here, the jungle, the ocean, the mountains, and the rhythm of the land are part of the experience.
For six nights, this becomes our home.
A place to rest, gather, listen, move, share meals, and return to a slower, more embodied way of being.

International and domestic flights are not included. Airport transfers are from Aeropuerto Internacional Simón Bolívar (Santa Marta) to the venue and back.

Applications will be reviewed carefully to preserve the intimacy and integrity of the retreat.
Because this is a limited gathering of only 25 guests, accepted applicants will be invited to complete their payment within a short confirmation window in order to secure their place.
If a spot is not confirmed within that window, it may be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
The invitation is held with care, and so is the space.
